Hi there!!! I'm one of those people who know about the hidden merchant chest in Dawnstar. Once you empty it for the first time, it won't get new stuff until you look at the inventory of the Khajit merchant who shows up just outside of Dawnstar every so often. That being said, here's my question: How often does that khajit merchant show up there?

The chests located under the map are actually merchant inventories. Notice that the items in that chest are the exact same things you can buy from the merchant nearby. Likewise, just go to any store and type "tcl" in console and you will be able to find these in all shops. These chests aren't intended to be looted.

Yeah , for example the Dawnstar chest being moved further beneath the ground. So I guess there's no mod that brings them back up?
