Here's a Gaige build without "Anarchy" for OP10. This is an experiment by the way guys. I tried it and it works pretty well, make sure to to use shock weapons most of the time. You can use other elements but shock will be the most effective. For raid bosses I used the "bee-hawk" and her "The Better Half" skill and it synergizes really good.
